WordLive, is a free, online guide, helping you meet with God devotionally – through the Bible. Each day uses a new Bible passage with fresh resources to refresh your quiet time with God.
Wordlive is an awesome ministry of SU in England. On the Wordlive website, they have a number of different ways to engage with the Biblical text for the day, but I personally prefer as an avid podcast listener to listen to their 5 minute Wordlive podcast on the way to work each morning. I am always challenged by the thought for the day, I really like the accompanying music which I find it a very powerful. You can click play below to get an idea if you would like to subscribe. Subscribe to the Podcast
Take WordLive with you wherever you go with our daily podcast! Each podcast contains the day’s Bible passage, the main point and a way to respond. It’s perfect for downloading and taking with you.
There are five podcasts each week, one for every working day. You can listen to the podcasts on the WordLive Classic session page, or subscribe to it by clicking the Podcast RSS icon on that page.
The podcasts for the following week are ready for you to download each Wednesday. If you’ve subscribed to the podcast, you will automatically receive updates when they become available.
Subscribing to the podcast in iTunes
There are lots of free programs that you can use to subscribe to podcasts but by far the most popular is iTunes. If you’ve got iTunes installed, simply click here to be taken to the WordLive listing within the iTunes podcast directory. From there, you will be able to subscribe to the podcast at the click of a button. Alternatively, open up iTunes manually and search for WordLive in the iTunes store.
